Samoa, 1914, G.R.I. 6d on German Samoa 50pf black & purple on buff, bisect, together with 3d on 25pf orange and black (105) tied by APIA SAMOA 12-9-14 c.d.s. strikes on part of front and all of reverse bearing third strike of c.d.s. Undoubtedly genuine, but certificate of no opinion is not grounds for return (Scott 108 var.).
