1919, 1¢ gray green Offset, perf 12½, distinctive collection of this rare and short lived issue. This small group comprises four singles, two blocks of 4, used and never hinged, nine plate blocks of 6, a corner block of 6 with "halo" arrow below corner copy, five post cards and five covers bearing two blocks of (2) pairs four, one originating in Siberia. Almost all stamps are never hinged and the covers in excellent condition catalogue $6,000.00 with no premiums (Scott 536).

#536 was issued on August 19, 1919 and withdrawn 3 months later on November 30, 1919. The remaining stock of several hundred thousand were destroyed .
