Used to Russia: 1917, 15¢ gray, tied by NY registered oval on envelope bearing violet May 4 1920 c.d.s. (probably NY returning mark) plus lovely P.O. Tag notifying Service Suspended and on reverse various NY 12 18 1919 departing date stamps almost six months for the return because of the Revolution (Scott 514).
