Transvaal, 1902, Boer War, Ceylon to Netherland Indies: 2¢ (2) and 5¢ (2) tied on 2¢ registered post card with hand drawn anti-Kitchner propaganda cartoon on message side damning the Aug 1 1901 proclamation of banishment for armed Boer leaders. A very rare combination of rate and politics, very colorful. Additional Ceylon Camp card missing a stamp.
