Used within Mexico: 1914, 1¢ green, pair tied by VERA CRUZ MEX U.S. MAG JUL 10 on officially sealed (Mexican seal mostly on reverse) envelope bearing TAMPICO reciever and two large violet circular LISTA TAMPICO OCT _ 14 handstamp denoting advertising for the recipient. Quite novel (Scott 424).
