Postal Cards: Special Delivery, 1917, 10¢ ultramarine, three different variations: 10¢ (damaged) on undated PPC with 1¢ commemorative. Boston to Portsmouth; 10¢ no postage, hence red Due handstamp 1917 Pasadena to Jamaica Plain Flats, and 10¢ with Washington Franklin on 1919 picture post card Lake Placid to NYC. Excellent for exhibition (Scott E11).
