Used to Belgium: 1879, 10¢ brown, with secret mark, PAIR, Fine, cancelled by cork strikes on registered envelope bearing manuscript "via England" May 10 and 11 1881 registry strikes front and back and ANVERS receiver on the reverse, with Foundation certificate (2013) which notes "left stamp exhibiting faint secret mark" (Scott 188).
