Mauritius, 1848-59, "Post Paid", 2d blue, early impression, "PENOE" for "PENCE", position 7 on yellowish paper; surface scrape in top margin (not mentioned in certificate), good margins to clear at bottom left, that barely detracts from this Very Fine stamp, ex Dale-Lichtenstein, R.P.S. certificate (1969).
