Great Britain, Used to Italy: 1862, Queen Victoria, two 4d pale red and three 6d lilac, Fine, all tied by "12" in grids on folded letter sheet (flap missing) to Italy, bearing red PD in oval and TORINO 15 GIU 62 receiver on the reverse. Nice example of double rate.
