Croatia, 1943 Military Men Issue, over 300 trial color proofs, errors and essays all neatly arranged on approval pages in counter book, all priced by dealer totaling over $74,000. The surtax was used to aid the Croatian Legion which allied itself with Russia to fight the Germans. Very elusive.
