Romania, 1869, 25b orange & blue (Scott 41), margins all round, very fine tied by CRAIOVA 13/7 (1870) cds on folded letter sheet bearing boxed "P.D." and corner card handstamp on front, indistinct transit and PEST 16/7 (Hungary). Single frankings of the 25b are quite scarce.
