Japan, 1899 Chrysanthemum 10s deep blue (Scott 103), damaged, tied on colored native envelope to the SS Minnesota originally in Shanghai and forwarded eventually to Yokohama bearing a 9 5 09 receiver with three forwarding tissues. Rough but again fascinating.
