Japan, 1899 Chrysanthemum 2s light green (Scott 96), tied by a black double line bridged Japanese 3?1.5 cds, franking paid the correct per two ounces printed matter rate. Illustrated locomotive and ship used as advertising for "M. YOKOTA FRERES & Co. REPRESENTATION & COMMISSION." Circular seal on the reverse, with a black double line bridged "WOLFERSDORF 13.II.05 2" receiving cds on the reverse. Very attractive!!!
