PIERRE ET MIQUELON 17 AVRIL 97 cds strikes on registered envelope (horizontal crease at bottom) bearing, various manuscript, boxed "R" importantly large "A.R." (Avec Receipt) perhaps unique from SPM, and Halifax transit and Montreal receipt on reverse, ex Pratt, Balasse handstamp.
