(Vickers Sons), tied by London duplexes, 3-line " over 1/2 oz/ insufficiently/ prepaid alongside, also partial strike of c.d.s. 'Due 13/US Currency beside NY address. Small piece of cover missing at top hardly detracts. Interesting, ex Dillaway. SG 43,46.
