D Owens signature above, cover endorsed "Cape Government Railways" at lower left and bears PORT ELIZABETH AU 20 92 C.G.H. c.d.s. with divided circle GRAAFF REINET 22 AU 92 c.d.s. receiver, scarce, ex Dillaway.
