Mourning envelope from Grahamstown to London endorsed "Via Marseille" bearing 4d steel-blue, good to large margins in combination with 1864-77 1s green on the overland eastern postal route via Mauritius and Marseille, both canceled by barred oval "3" handstamps, cover backstamped with double oval GRAHAMSTOWN/MR 18/1865 town date stamp with red London receiver of 6 May 1865 on front.
