INITIALS: "W" Cancels used as Forwarders; Two Covers; Rohloff K-15, Meriden Conn to Waterbury, Conn to Southington, Conn. bearing two 1861, 3¢ rose stamps the additional stamp was not required for forwarding, but was nonetheless cancelled with the Waterbury duplex with the large "W" with serifs at top.
The second cover sent from New York to Northampton, Mass, missent to Waterbury, Conn. Forwarded to the correct address with the notation "Missent and Forwarded" the date of the forwarding being noted by the Waterbury duplex with the large "W" with serifs at top
