Parcel Post, 1913, 50¢ carmine rose, fine copy bearing two private security perfins (in the shape of "pac-man") tied by two cancels one bearing a circular with a large NY, on neat corner card "Wendel Photographic Art Studio" of NYC envelope (8¼ x 5 3/4) to Johnstown NY with a "DO NOT BEND" handstamp. Inside there is a transfer on the back portion of the envelope showing three young boys. Unpriced on cover (Scott Q10).

This is quite extraordinary as the cover certainly is in period usage as the Wendel company was in business at this address starting in 1902 through the late teens
NOTE: Perfin is "GE" for General Electric Co. and is supposed to be used in Schenectady, NY. How Wendel got to use is it is interesting, but, Johnstown, the address, is right next to Schenectady and perhaps the receiver supplied the stamp and was an employee of G.E.
