Great Britain, Used to Scotland: 1840, Mulready Letter Sheet, 2d blue, double rate, cancelled by Red Maltese Cross and bearing on reverse ms. "26 January 1841" plus Red boxed probable KELSO origin and Red JAN 27 1841 c.d.s. receiver. The contents of the letter must have been quite bulbous due to the alignment of the cancel on reverse.
